Cottage Barn is an 1800s historic cottage filming location in West Sussex, set within 60 acres of private woodland near Billingshurst. Originally built in 1870 as a gamekeeper’s cottage forming part of the Slinfold Estate, the property offers an idyllic countryside setting just over an hour from London.
Surrounded by wildflower meadows, mature woodland and a walled rose garden, the location feels entirely secluded while remaining highly accessible. Billingshurst station is just a short drive away, providing direct rail links to London, making this an ideal rural film location for productions requiring both natural beauty and logistical convenience.
