The barn is a bold, triple-height space with dimensions of approximately 10 metres in height, width, and length, giving it a vast, open feel. Around 50% of the interior volume features a soaring ceiling with exposed joists, working pulleys, and oversized steel double doors that create an authentic industrial atmosphere. These features provide a dramatic backdrop, ideal for scenes that require scale, texture, or warehouse aesthetics.
A mezzanine level, roughly 5 by 10 metres, overlooks the main space and is finished with timber cladding for a warm, rustic tone. This upper studio area can be used as a styled interior, bedroom scene, or elevated camera position. On the ground floor, the barn is equipped with a bar, modern bathroom, pool table, and various props, including a vintage parked car, five bicycles, and watersports equipment—each available for use during shoots.
